My ex had cartilage trouble ....started when he tripped up a kerb ....so I know how painful it can be .....but maybe it's a bit of arthritis ??

Full of work! Except when Duds dragged me to the shop yesterday afternoon and I accidentally bought some bits for me hols.

I was actually AT work yesterday morning. Last night was spent writing welcome pack stuff for the new Y12s in September and today I have rewritten the school's behaviour policy from scratch. Took me 12 hours  The hols can't come quick enough!!!

How was yours? Stress free I hope!

I walked 10 miles, ate Greek salad and read my book in the bath

Yeah He's also booked some days off during the week I go away, so he can be at home with Pops. I'm not sure he's looking forward to that. He's never had to handle the mop before
