Hi Scatts It went ok ...got the deed done and didn't kill anyone .. ....although it rained all day ....and I was poorly again in the night Anyway , how has your day been ?

Hi Scatts It went ok ...got the deed done and didn't kill anyone .. ....although it rained all day ....and I was poorly again in the night Anyway , how has your day been ?

Went for a 10K run this morning...so at least we know we can do it  MIL came over and we went to lunch and then to friend's house for little party - which was nice!

Went for a 10K run this morning...so at least we know we can do it  MIL came over and we went to lunch and then to friend's house for little party - which was nice!

Awww well done Is Cian all ready for his big day ? How is Caitlin ? 

I'm ok .....hopefully  it's just stress and a bit of ibs ....doesn't feel like a bug ....

No, a shivery, tired, achey sore throat type. It's been very on & off though which is more annoying. I ate my body weight in garlic last night to boost my immune system
