yeah am grand sweetie...this cold spell has driven me back to bed alot trying to keep warm got my haircut today...finally!! was getting very wiggy and doing my head in...am alot lighter now!!

Makes such a difference eh .....my hair really gets me down when it's scruffy !   

seems to still be ok baz  my neck was killing me today but i think it was just the way i slept last nite...a little reminder of how i used to be

yep still on them just been reduced from 6 to 5 and hopefully more reductions in time
