That's a nice way to put it
I just don't see the point in spending time on something that's gonna make you feel sad. It's like when people listen to sad music when they lose someone.....NO! Put on the happiest stuff you can find for gawds sake!!!
Right, I'm gonna take my Kindle (stuffed with happy endings) to bed. Night Summer Have a happy Bank Holiday!
Well said Ducky, I love it
sweet dreams, I hope you enjoy your book. Have a lovely bank holiday too
Good morning all and happy bank holiday Monday
Baz, I'm sure I keep forgetting to tell you something! Hopefully it'll come back to me.
I hope you've had a lovely day
Evening Darnies Been a sad couple of hours Had a call just before 5 to say uncle was poorly ....and had arranged to go up first thing in the morning ....sadly not long heard he has died In the midst of all that had another call to say my favourite old professor had also passed away

No - I know - it's always sad anyway xxx
My day has been okay - went for run with friend this morning and then went for long walk with the children by the river and they were fascinated because it was very high and flooded between us going out and coming back - luckily I had the good sense to not cross the bridge onto 'an island' by the river and get cut off For once I had the good sense should I say

Sensible lady What are you up to tomorrow?
Oh baz that's very sad news indeed, even when it's not a surprise I think it's still a shock. You've been wonderful in helping to take care of him, and I hope he's now at peace

I know! I've seen it a thousand times, but it's still scary how quickly the river rises - it was below the bridge when we went past, then half an hour later, it was completely covering it (a footbridge)
Well, all Mum's medications have gone pear shaped since coming home and we have run out! I'm going to have to ring Docs first thing and order some urgently - they usually deliver...
Then going to pop to Tesco and Spinning - how about you? I suppose there'll be arrangements?
