That's a step in the right direction smurfy has she settled back in? Are you enjoying your walks? I think I'd crack up without mine lol

I bought a dearer one ....but not nearly as dear as a Fitbit ....however , as I didn't upgrade my phone las summer , I'm seriously considering an iwatch 
yeah she seems to have settled in and says she realises that she took for granted what she had here...she came with me for a couple of walks nice to have the company...i am really enjoying being able to go for walks again rather than limping everywhere...i'm still a bit slow going down hills cos of my knees but a vast improvement
i've averaged around 8000 steps per day since i've starting using it and it says that half of them are aerobic steps so i guess the rest of the steps are when i'm shuffling around

Well done My number of steps have dropped a bit nowI have a more accurate pedometer

yeah the one i have is based on height weight and stride and it doesn't count the first 4 seconds in case you're just shuffling about

working tomorrow afternoon...then 8-4.30 friday

i will be relaxing for sure this weekend...although there are 100 year celebrations here over easter so it's gonna be party central in ireland!!!
