not too bad thanks...had my yearly trip to the consultant today..said i can reduce my tablets to 5 a week instead of 6 and in 3/4 months if all is well can reduce to 4
and then maybe hopefully get off them altogether

no house news yet still waiting on the letter from solicitor...think i might leave it till next week and maybe give her a ring but we're still making plans

well i love walking and i've missed doing it like i used to plus i've piled on the beef!! they keep weighing me and asking me do i want to know...no i don't!!! basically if you don't use your joints you lose the power in them...so i need to get fit again and build up tone, muscle etc. and i'm able to do so much more round the house which sadly makes me feel good too

wee one loves her prescription swimming goggles...she can see now while swimming she's just been telling me her plans for her future when she's going to start work, go to college etc. fingers crossed she'll be off thursday for st paddy's day i'm off work too...big one is apparently wanting to come home on thursday

that's fantastic baz i have alot of stones to lose 
we were going to let her come home but i was dreading it so i gave her a compromise that she got a job first...since then we've talked so we're letting her home as long as she continues as she has with college and gets a JOB...where she is living isn't great religionwise cos of this stupid country and it's quite far for her to get to college...so told her to get a job over here rather than that side of town
