Off out with my sister in a while to take her vacuum cleaner back to Argos as it decided to stop working. That will be a fun two hours 

*blames Aimee, Destroyer of Worlds and white goods*

My trip to change my sisters' vacuum cleaner was relatively painless 

We took it back and Argos not only changed it for a different brand but from an upright to a cylinder model too 

Also, I had taken out a three year extended warranty. They renewed that for another three years, from today's date, at no extra cost 

I wonder how long this one will will last 

Well done to Argos for genuinely excellent customer service

Afternoon Darnies Hope everyone is having a good day . It was lovely and sunny here this morning , so I finally managed to motivate myself , and went for a walk around the block ....added another 2,000 steps on the clock

It's been really nice today actually - after horrible flooding for previous 3 days - though one end of village is still cut off...

I actually had an eyebrow wax and a manicure...just because I've never had either done ever before
