i have been in a foul mood all day, my dad was due to go to Malta last Monday and obviously he couldn't so I am trying to sort out his travel insurance refund.  I messaged the holiday company explaining he couldn't travel due to ill health and that he was currently in hospital.  Their reply was that they are sorry for my loss and would require a copy of the death certificate

Well heat helps ....and done a few exercises to try and get disc space spread again ....otherwise it's just a case of waiting til it settles !!

Actually, not too bad at all - she was pretty good   They wore each other out!  Poor Cian fell flat on his face on way back from school last night though and had a 'fat lip' which upset him no end
