Ros..... Found a new author Susan Hill .....she wrote Woman in Black ....but also has a detective series  

i rang the solicitor today...she said she would get in contact with his solicitor to see if there has been any contact which of course there won't have been!! and then get back to me and discuss how to proceed

well just that it will go through the courts somehow but before that they write and give him 7 days to respond...even though it's been 4 months now but you have to show you have given time  so that's why i thought i would leave it till after christmas
