She's good. When I rang the vet on Monday to ask for some more insulin, then insisted she had to go in for a check up. I was bit irritated because the last time this happened they messed with her insulin dose for months and had her all in a mess until I decided to ignore their advice and go back to what I was originally doing. 

So I begrudgingly paid the £70 for a blood test and got ready for a fight if they suggested changing her dose - but luckily she passed with flying colours. They have no idea what a narrow escape they had. The angry duck face was all ready to go!

He's good. He has an interview tomorrow for some temporary work over Christmas, so fingers crossed! 

He's missing his car at the moment as my sister has commandeered it for the week. The clutch on her car is buggered and the garage has quoted her £1500 to fix it

Baz... when we went to F&B this week, we had a garlic bread as a starter. F&B garlic bread is my favourite garlic bread in the whole wide world, but this one was really awful, so dry and covered in loads of flour. 

Anyway, we were tucking into it regardless, and I was mid-rant and busy telling Duds that it was the worst garlic bread I've ever had when the waitress snuck up behind me and asked if everything was ok. 

She cannot have failed to notice that my sentence literally went like this...."this is the worst garlic bread I've ever ...yes, it's lovely thanks ". 

I was on get rid of the waitress as fast as possible autopilot and didn't realise what I'd said until it was too late

i got nike air trainers for walking home after work  got a bargain on ebay and they fit perfect
