Any news on the house front Smurfy ? Has he agreed ?

no of course he hasn't agreed so my solicitor rang him and advised him to get a solicitor for himself so that they could possibly negotiate...he told her that he doesn't want me to do this and she told him that he couldn't stop me and that i was going to plow ahead with court if necessary...so the ball is in his 'court' at the minute just waiting to hear what next...this is his last control over me  but i won't give in!!
