My day was long , and tiring , but uncle was awake and lucid ....and think nursing home is sorted ....and hopefully he will be moving there in next couple of days . He still thinks it's temporary , but ....

Not allowed - it's Bank Holiday!!!
Mum not feeling brilliant today, but did get up for a bit - I think it helps mentally doesn't it to get up properly for a bit...
I am going to try the 10K run for the first time first thing (just to check I can actually do it *fingers crossed*). Then ironing, then more faffing I think
