Baz..... I have zombie fingers!  

I've been having problems with my iphone, sometimes the touch screen just would not work. After weeks of turning it off and on again, we discovered that if Duds touched it it worked perfectly.  I then discovered it works with my left hand but not my right. 

So Duds has investigated and apparently it's a "thing". I have "zombie fingers"  

Ok...Duds has just told me it can be caused by hardened skin. Apparently musicians suffer a lot from zombie fingers. I got all uppity and said I don't do anything to cause hardened skin. 

He then left the room, I went back to the lappy and BAM! It hit me.....I bet using the mouse pad on my lappy a gazillion hours per day has given me zombie fingers!  

Oh dear god. 

Funnily enough I've had that sort of trouble with both my iPads lately !!

I had a conversation with Haz about the issue the other day and she just said "why don't you turn up your touch screen sensitivity". I got all excited and thought that was the answer until I discovered iphones don't have that function. Her Samsung does. 

You got me excited too there !!

How are Duds , Haz and Pops ? 

They're good. We spent most of yesterday getting Haz's bedroom sorted out -building furniture and the like  

I'm really impressed with the ikea stuff we bought! The chest of drawers is the sturdiest flat pack piece of furniture I've ever encountered  

Yes , my DIY daughter in law swears by it  

Now they just need to open one a bit bloody closer!

wilfy dog not too well though, he's just eaten for 1st time in 3 days, keeps wetting himself, ive been sleeping on his blanket with him on the night cos he cries if i dont, i think he's a bit scared, im all kinds of knackered & in and out of the bloody shower!

but he looks a bit brighter today

Evening! I am just returned from Centre Parcs. We took the Grandkids and it cost me deep in the purse.

We had hospice nurse visit to do a check up on Mum and I have booked a sitter for 27th September (Caitlin's Birthday treat)...so will work up to actually telling Mum soon
