well-we meet 2 mornings a week at 8.15am and I have to train staff with the team in various aspects of ALN +deal with various outside agencies parents etc and apply for pupils to be statemented which has to be evidenced and takes ages - I was nightmares line manager but she was sneaky and a trouble maker - we didn't speak for 2 days before she left because Icomplained about her
