YES ROS!!! YES! I thought so too!

After the fact, and in an attempt to make myself feel less embarrassed.... I have decided that people falling in must be such a common occurrence that they just didn't think it was a big deal.

Unfortunately I didn't see it actually happen cos I was in front of him in the boat.   He was ok, apart from being wet and a bit embarrassed.

To be honest, I was lucky not to fall at this point too. The sea bed was basically pebbles, which your feet sunk into up to your ankle on contact. It takes you a bit by surprise

Those instructor people must have thought we were both incapable of staying upright

I blame my inner ear problems

I mean the second time, when I fell in the water (as opposed to the first time when I fell off the wall). I think I must have scratched my leg on the kayak as it moved away from me.

I know I'm a bit biased, but I think you're probably right. There was no instruction on how to get in and out of the boat safely!

Mind you.... 26 other people managed to make it look easy.

yes but its like a canoe-would have hated it - you did well to do it - not letting you on the shuttle was a bit much as well

Oh right

Yeah, that's about all you can say to something like that isn't it?

I was originally going to see her on Sunday but she knew I was bringing her cheese back, so she asked me come tomorrow, so they would have it for cheese night.
