My day was ok ....managed to wangle a good deal out of Sky , and did a load of filing, clearing out and shredding  papers

hi baz i'm great!!! did my assessment today and it went brilliantly better than I expected and got a load of stuff signed off...I just have 6 questions left to answer and that's me finished...will get signed off august 4th...such a relief!!!

yep tomorrow afternoon and all day Friday...we're taking them on a trip to a trampoline park....yeehaa!!

wee one had 2 trips with the summer scheme which ends on Friday  she was at the zoo today...big one actually left the house to go to a voluntary meeting but apart from that nothing!!

it'll be fun for the kids but i'll not be able to bounce with my useless knees
