No!  I did the Fun Run today and it was ridiculous.  My running partner couldn't do it as she's hurt her foot, so I felt I HAD to pace myself behind this flippin 18 year old girl and I swear I nearly passed out at the finish  I still feel a bit funny - I was the second woman to finish though, so maybe was worth it

How was your day?  What have you been up to...apart from the things I know you've been up to

The best way Baz - how is it feeling tonight?

Mum feels a bit better today, though hasn't got up.  Children are exhausted (Caitlin had a ballet show at lunch time and she did really well).

I think the heat didn't help and I hadn't eaten anything because of to-ing and fro-ing with Caitlin

Just want to let you know Joanna Lumley's new travel programme just started on ITV.

Hi EC Not my kind of thing I'm afraid But how was your day ?

Hi Baz, a bit of a lazy one topped of with clothes washing.

It's quite interesting, the history of Hong Kong and how it's changed. Some beautiful scenery.

Good to hear.

I'm off for two weeks so if there is anything on TV like CDWM I'll be around. If not I have cleaning to do.
