Have to shop at sometime today. Hopefully when there is a break in the weather or is not get me wet weather gear out

Mum okayish - A member of the nursing team came this morning - but she had already insisted getting washed at 7am to avoid having them do it, so I'm afraid I refused to help  It went downhill from there 

Aww But good for you !!! Has it really gone downhill? 

  Hopefully things will calm down after a night of no good sleep
