Don't worry....no fringe, and to be honest it's ok... I suppose.

But I will be looking for a new salon I think it's a bit off that they didn't let me know my usual hairdresser had left, plus the girl who did my hair did not listen to what I wanted AT ALL!  I asked for about two inches off the length and she cut off about half a centimeter.....I told her I hate short layers and I now have the shortest layers I have ever had....and on top of that my hair is now darker than when I went in, even though I asked to go lighter.   Luckily the subject of a fringe didn't come up....or who knows what a mess I would be in right now

She was a really nice girl, but far too much gabbing and not enough listening.

Oh dear It's so annoying when they don't do what you say Lucikly I've had the same home hairdresser for nearly 30 years now

Baz

It was a bit of a farcical trip to the hairdressers to be honest. It started off really badly when I paid for a parking ticket, didn't notice the machine had rejected one of my pound coins so I ended up with a ticket that was going to be an hour an a half too short...and no more change to get a replacement.

Then when I was sat waiting to be seen....the new hairdresser came over, called my name and someone else with the same name as me got up and went off with her.  I had to speak to the receptionist to rescue my appointment. Poor same name woman had to go back to her seat.

Mind you, now I'm kinda wishing I'd just let it go....maybe same name woman's hairdresser would have done a better job than mine

That IS lucky

I did try asking what had happened to my usual person, but they were very cagey Either they don't want her taking her customers with her....or they've murdered her and buried her under the  new "colour bar"

I lost mine when she went on maternity leave. They're very selfish these hairdressers, I find. Putting their health and children before us

Exactly !!!

Baz

I think I already know where I'm going to go next. There's a new salon that opened a few months ago that I have already admired from a far....and I met the owner a couple of weeks ago at a friends birthday do. She's very nice and my friends hair always looks good.....so I think I'm off to pastures new.

God help me.
