Looked at the bed closely after the lacquer had dried this morning and the one side is still not to good. As luck would have it they rang me this morning to see if I was satisfied. I said "not really" they said "the picture looks okay" Their repairman took a  before and after piccie. I said "that was before the lacquer dried though. They said "ok we will get a repairman out on May 1st."  First available date. So that's where I am now 

May Ist was three weeks ago But awwwww  Maybe it will fade ? Anyway ,mum off for tea and ironing now Moonie ....but will catch up with you in a couple of hours

I'll give it a couple of days and see what it's like then and if need be cancel the visit

My MIL suddenly decided 3 weeks ago to sell her house (to get something smaller).  It went up on Wednesday, she had 3 viewings yesterday and has sold it today (well accepted an offer from somebody who has sold theirs)
