New oak bed arrived. Took it out of the packaging. Headboard has two scuff marks on it. Right where you can see them too. Rang the shop. Waiting for customer services to call back

It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't on the two uprights where you can see them. Anyway they are sending furniture technician out on Thursday morning to have a look, so will see what happen then

Awwww ...give them hell.......how darn annoying though Moonie Are they just surface marks , or are the gouges ? * should have got an iphone*  

Headache is ok thanks , but felt very sick this morning .....thought I was going down with a bug .....but it seems ok at the moment !!!

It looks to me like when it was stained either it was put on something or something was put on it before it was dry. Hence the marks being in the same place on both sides Bazzy 

Think they will swap it for two new iPhone? 

Aww glad about the headache but sad about you feeling sick but then glad again you is feeling better now
