My GD has hurt her knee  

Not feeling too great Baz, so having the night off Work was exhausting! It's hard work when you basically have to shout to force out a whisper

Oh no baz! how did she do that?

She fell over on a tiled floor She did it a few days ago , and is still managing to get around , sort of ...so nothing is broken , but I think perhaps hef knee cap popped out and back again , so she's hurt ligaments . I tried to get her to go and have it checked ...but she wasn't having it ! So I bought her a knee support and some freezing pain relief spray

Soooooo SOOOOOOOOO much! 7 more working days to go....
