Doesn't need a transfusion this week. She feels like she's got something on her x

I just seem to remember something about the liver and feeling like things are crawling over you

It could be that actually as I seem to remember one of her tablets did that before 
I had fried bean curd for starter and then me and my (veggie friend) shared a veggie banquet - very nice it was too
Well you can keep the bean curd ...but the rest sounds nice Is Mr Scatts a veggie too ?
I lost about half a stone ...but seem to be stuck at the moment ....even though I've cut my calorie count to 1200 ....or less !!
