storm in tea cup i reckon, he paid the service charge in advance and claimed it, and then moved.understadnble.
what isn't understandable is the mp bloke who claimed ÂĢ5 that his mate put in a charity collection, he asked his mate to make a ÂĢ5 donation as he wouldn't be there, and when the mate asked for the fiver, the mp asked for a receipt.
now, you have to ask yourself, if you lent a mate a fiver and repaid it, would you ask for a receipt?
no you wouldn't.
and then you have to ask yourself, why would some one want a receipt if not for accounting purposes?
