I stopped watching X factor but I've just seen the footage of Danii's politically incorrect comment towards the contestant's sexuality. I know this might sound weird but to me it seemed completely scripted and rehearsed.

Maybe they saw the interest in Strictly come dancing that was generated by the recent politically incorrect racial comment and thought they'd try their hand at getting in on the action.
