He was out and about in Hampton Court Park ( which doesn’t exist btw), during his quarantine after trsting positive....and while awaiting the results of a second test....which incidentally was positive too...
Lock him up and throw away the key and bump him to the end of the TWO-JAB vaccine queue. At that point the key can be 'miraculously found!

The Royal Palaces park is Bushy Park.....there is also Home Park which is open to visitors when they aren't staging events.....it contains a golf course and paddocks for police horses......there aren't any paths per se and it doesn't have the variation in scenery etc that Bushy has....the latter also contains a large playground and as he had his children with him maybe that's where he was
