I meant the marks weren't comparing like with like, ie the judges wouldn't be scoring Ray's couples routine in comparison to Sam's solo skate. I know what I mean!

I get what you mean Yogi, but skating is skating and footwork is everything when it gets to this stage in the game, although Hayley Jazzhands got 10 for being thrown about the ice, so what do I know?

I thought it was much better technically

I do too.

Sam looked far more at ease on his solo skate than Kyran in his all round performance, although Kyran's jumps were better.
