Just found out by accident. I was on the music thread, and my internet stalled, was clicking and must have clicked on Velvet,s profile, it said banned . I have no idea why, sorry x

From what I've understood its the last one too as Torville and Dean are retiring. 

Xochi  they are only hanging up their DOI skates from what I can gather - they are going on to do something else and I think they said something else as well for TV - not too sure what they said now - the grey matter isnt what it should be

Dancing On Ice 2014 line up: This year's rumoured celebrities!

 

Who is on Dancing On Ice 2014? The Dancing On Ice line up has been widely rumoured, and here’s the latest gossip!

 

With the Dancing On Ice celebrities having to start training some months before the show, and many using public ice rinks, the line up is often spoiled long before the show starts and this year is no exception.

 

Various names have been linked to the upcoming series, which will be the show’s last.

And this year’s Dancing On Ice line up is a special one, with an all star cast made up of celebs from the previous nine series.

 

According to The Sun newspaper, amongst the names tipped for the series is former soap star Todd Carty, who famously left the rink during his first ever skate back in 2009.

 

Other names are set to include former winners including Hear’Say singer Suzanne Shaw, who won in 2008, and 2010 champion, former Emmerdale star Hayley Tamaddon.

 

An insider on the show told the newspaper: “All three have already been dusting off their skates and honing their skating ability – or lack of it, in Todd’s case – ready for the new series.”

 

The Dancing On Ice lineup will also see former winners Sam Attwater, who won with pro partner Brianne Celcort 2011 and this year’s reigning champion Beth Tweddle.

 

2013 funny man Joe Pasquale is apparently planning to return to the ice too, along with 2008′s third place finisher, Corrie’s Zaraah Abrahams.

 

They’re all going to be joined by Pop Idol’s Gareth Gates, who appeared in the 2008 series, Bonnie Langford and Kelly Holmes from the 2006 run and The Bill’s Gary Lucy, who made the final in 2010.

 

Also rumoured is 2009 champion, X Factor’s Ray Quinn and 2012 runner up, Hollyoaks’ Jorgie Porter.

 

Meanwhile, DOI coaches Jayne Torvill and Christopher this month teased the all star cast, with Christopher saying: “We are having an all-star cast and have got several of the past winners that will be competing head to head.

 

“From a competition point of view, it’s all these past winners coming back to find out, ultimately, who is the best skater.”

Jayne added: “We’ve got an amazing cast, we’ve got lots of our finalists and champions so there’s going to be a lot of competitiveness within the ranks.”

 

Dancing On Ice 2014 starts on ITV1 in January.

The new series of Dancing On Ice hasn’t even begun yet, in fact we’re weeks away from the launch show and yet Ray Quinn has already been backed as the favourite to win.

Yes. He wasn't in it for long.

Being as it's the last one I think Philip Schofield should give it a go
