Hi to all who've arrived recently - I've been dishing up dinner.  I'm with you all now.

Apart from a wee bit of skating at the start it was all lifting and swinging by Dan and the dismount from the last swing was rubbish.

The headbanger dismount wasn't that great, but at least she DID make it without falling.
