Jason Gardiner and Emma Bunton won't be back for the 2012 series, yay

Looks like the viewers' comments might have actually made a difference with the producers. That and Jason's vile attitude towards Karen and some of the contestants.

Replacing Emma is Katarina Witt, who is a former Olympic figure skating champion. Replacing Jason is Louie Spence.......he should be good comedy value as long as he doesn't make the judging all about him. Robin Cousins will also return.

What do you think about the new judging line-up? I'm so glad we've finally got a second judge with the ability to judge technical ice-dancing.

I will miss Holly too. Bleakley doesn't irritate me too much, but I think the chemistry with her and Phillip will be lacking. Holly and Phil are a great duo.

Oh thanks katerina!     I'm happy with that.. Louie Spence makes me laugh (although I'm not sure he won't start to grate after a while)   I'm very happy about katarina witt..... someone who knows what they're talking about.  

Does it start this weekend then?    I quite like this.. Better than Strictly IMO.  I have tried to watch Strictly before, and just can't taken to it.  Louise Spence annoys me a bit, but he is harmless, and WAY nicer than Jason Gardiner!  Glad to see the back of Emma Bunton too!  What the EFF does she know about ANYthing?  Let alone ice dancing?!  The silly cow can't even sing!

As for Natalie Cassidy: she also annoys me.  Ranting on about how annoying the paps were 'hounding' her: yet she was quite happy to use them and court them, to promote her weight loss and to try to publicise her fitness DVD...  

Sorry Nat; you can't use the press to promote yourself when you're all skinny and then get pissed off that they comment about you when you pile it all back on again.  I get sick to death of these 'celebrities' bragging about their weight loss and making tons of money out of it, and then whining when people comment about it, when the weight piles back on.  It's a two way street I'm afraid.  

I think it starts in early January, Cupcake. Can't wait! They'll probably release the line-up of celebs and their pro partners soon.

Couldn't be happier that the vile Jason Gardiner has gone ..........spiteful, nasty individual IMO .......................I'd rather see anyone there as a replacement TBH ...................Louis Spence will do for me though!
