TBH this years competition (with regard to judging) has been a joke. It's spoilt it IMO.

I haven't read this thread after I left earlier - why the dislike for Sam?

Laura grates on my norks, she's to twee and sickly. (And she reminds me of Buzz Lightyear a bit but that's not relevant)

I have to say, of all the shows like this the british public do tend to get the voting right in regards to who gets to the final and winners.

Laura is a wonderful person and was brilliant.

Quite Baz, I thought Sam's expression said he EXPECTED it to be him, while Laura's expression just WANTED it to be her.

Because he wanted to win and did sulk a little bit if he got bad comments from the judges, but I dont see that as a bad thing as I like winners.

I hate the modest but just want to take part attitude,  surely if it's a competition you should want to win it and be proud of wanting to be the best.

I couldnt get on last night to chat with you all  I wasnt chuffed that Sam won, but hey ho. I really enjoyed the show tho and will miss it, even tho it wasnt the best series, IMO I would like to see the tour , but it isnt coming to Scotland
