In regard to Heather Mills she did alright on DWTS so could do good on DOI the producers are obviously wanting her to cause controversy.

Nor will I Baz.

But DWTS was in America, Darlo. I don't think she has much support over here.

She has the best prosthetic limb that money can buy,so she is  well adept at moving on it etc.

That aside, as a person she's a fruit loop!

Danniella Westbrook, the ugly(est) one from Boyzone and Sinitta? I wasn't going to watch it before - and now I'm not going to watch it twice as much!

The celebs hoping to become 2010 champ are actress Emily Atack, Sharron Davies, Bobby Davro, Boyzone's Mikey Graham, GMTV's Dr Hilary Jones, actor Gary Lucy, Heather Mills, author Tana Ramsay, Hollyoaks' Kieron Richards, actor Jeremy Sheffield, Sinitta, actress Hayley Tamaddon, Danniella Westbrook and ex-Corrie star Danny Young.

They will be coached by Olympic legends Torvill and Dean.

Meanwhile, judges Robin Cousins, Nicky Slater, Karen Barber and Jason Gardiner are joined by new panellist Emma Bunton.

Will they be impressed by the hopefuls' footwork? 

 

ok... well... I admit it - I am intrigued by the Heather Mills thing.

I don't particularly like the woman...   and yeah if I am honest I am wondering how she is going to do this, considering her leg.

Its rubber necking tv at its worst... but this one has got me -

as I said... i am intrigued!

specially adapted boots I guess - she still has part of the leg and knee I believe - not a fan but she seems unstoppable once she sets her mind to something

I don't watch it because I usually don't like the participants, couldn't abide Coleen size 10 Nolan and that hobbit / Eddie Munster lookalikee Ray Quinn. However, with Heather Mills on I might be tempted to take a peek.

I really went off Coleen when she was on DOI and after that she went right down on my opinion of her when she is on Loose Woman I just think.. oh no

I was dancing on ice with a buggy earlier Very skillful.

My walk to work is only 10 minutes, but I still had to get the bus today. My street was impossible to get to the end of, even in hiking boots, because it was over an inch thick with ice. I cut onto the main road to the bus shelter and thought, sod it.

Heather Mills won't win, because hasn't got a leg to stand on! Well somebody had to say it eh?

I dont think they're actually paid extra. They're just paid a lot in the first place (on contract) and are obliged to do so many hours to cover it. I actually quite like them.

Yup, it's called a "golden handcuffs" deal. They're paid the same whether they do one show or a hundred, as long as they only work for ITV. So obviously ITV wants its money's worth.

I'm going to back Mikey Graham this series.
