That's all he's put on his status, the comments on there are   she's took her time though, how long has she been out, apparently she's flown out to Ireland today 

That's why I think it has something to do with her making a complaint, if it was a case of the police seeing the footage and deciding they could charge him with assault it would have been done long before now.

True, all the other hms are talking to him on Twitter so maybe they are taking his side now they've seen the footage, he's going out drinking with the twins on Friday, where's their loyalty to Hazel now 

they should charge her for wasting police time.

Could he not get her charged as well for pulling his shorts down?

Well I suppose it depends on if she has made a complaint, but to me it would be more threatening behaviour than common assault.

And if she has, is it more a case of milking a publicity opportunity.

Judging by Twitter and FB they all do seem to be vying for who can get the best message out there today  The Mayfair have tweeted Gina asking if she's enjoying her stay, Dexters doing something big tomorrow (BBBOTS) Dan's split with his partner, Hazels been papped at the airport, Daleys been arrested and Sam's gone home for a nap oh and the twins had a carvery, 20 big macs and a partridge in a pear tree (I might have made the last bit up)
