FIERY Conor McIntyre is facing the axe from Big Brother for threatening to punch beauty queen Deana Uppal.

The hot-tempered Irishman, 24, was hauled into the diary room by bosses and warned about his violent threats. A show spokeswoman said last night: “We don’t tolerate threatening behaviour or threatening language.” Tempers flared after housemates were given a wacky food challenge. They had to eat meals that contained nasty and nice surprises. Only ex-Miss India UK Deana, 23, refused hers – a cake made of ham with chilli sauce. She said it made her gag. Conor was voted task winner and his prize is being in charge of the shopping budget this week. But he was furious with Deana whom he’d already dubbed “an attention- seeking actress’’. He wrongly thought the house would have won a better prize if everyone had eaten their dish. The personal trainer lost the plot, raging: “Get your epilator and stick it up your arse. “Stick your hairbrush up yer f***ing m***e, stupid bastard. F***ing piece of s**t.” When asked what he’d do if Deana threw water over him, like she did with rebel Arron Lowe, 23, Conor stormed: “I’d punch her.” Show bosses gave him a warning for his aggressive and threatening behaviour in the diary room. If he misbehaves again he could face the boot. Sheepish Conor said: “It was just anger.”

Yes you do because you just did   FGS deal with it properly.

Sheepish Conor said: “It was just anger.”

Oh, that's ok then!

As the days go on it seems like the Big Brother housemates are finding it increasingly difficult to get on with one another.

And some contestants appeared to be at the end of their tether in tonight's explosive episode.

Not only did Deana break down in tears and claim that she was feeling 'bullied' by some housemates as they continued to target her, but Conor was called in to the Diary Room to be reprimanded about his behaviour.

Dramas: Big Brother's Deana breaks down in tears after admitting she feels 'bullied' by her housemates

It all began when Miss India UK Deana received a backlash for her lack of efforts during the Confusing Cuisine task.

All of the housemates were summoned into the lounge where each contestant had to choose a type of food on the table, only to be shocked by what was actually inside.

First up was Ashleigh, who happily munched on some dog biscuits.

Targeted: She was slated by the other contestants for failing the Confusing Cuisine task when she had to eat a cake made out of ham and hot sauce

But after Deana chose a 'cake' she was left spluttering when she bit on it and realised it was in fact ham and hot sauce.

Her lack of enthusiasm was met with slurs from Conor who fumed: 'For f**k sake Deana, eat it!'

Arron added: 'It's time for your Oscar, the cameras are rolling...'

It was later revealed that Deana was the only housemate to have failed the task, which riled Conor more, causing him to fume in the garden: 'I'm gonna play loads of pranks on her. F**king piece of s**t, I don't give a f**k if I'm pulled up to the Diary Room.'

Competitive: Conor managed to eat his food item but launched into a foul mouthed tirade over Deana

He was then asked what he would do if Deana threw water over him, to which he replied that he would retort by 'punching' her.

But his threats were met with concern by producers, who summoned him to the Diary Room to speak to Big Brother.

He then held his head low as he was reminded about the rules about aggressive behaviour and threatening bad language.

Reprimanded: But he was given a talking to in the Dairy Room and reminded of the rules regarding aggressive behaviour and language towards others

Meanwhile, Deana had a heart to heart with Adam and Lydia, when she mentioned how she is felling 'bullied' in the house.

But she looked set for more woes when Caroline and Becky hide her epilator as a practical joke.

Although she may not be in the house for that much longer as she has been named as one of the contestants up for eviction this week.

She will face off against professional dancer Lydia, who has been nominated for the second time.

Noticed they didn't mention what he said he;d do with the epilator.

Of course we've all said things we didn't mean literally,I dare say each and everyone of us are guilty of that at some stage in our lives, him saying he'd punch her I'd like to think he wouldn't ever carry out,The content of his other comments  alone says it all imo, they disgust me more than him saying he'd punch her.Nice way to speak about a female, how his GF can even attempt to brush over it/defend it is beyond me.

Forgot to get the Derry News Lee but I will grab it when I do my shopping in a bit.

Conor has loads of support on facebook from people round here.  There's a support group for him and everything.

I haven't seen the ep yet so I can't comment on it at all.

Read some of the comments on his GF's FB Ells,I find it hard to believe what one or two said that what he said would be no big deal in Derry,it most certainly would be to any Derry folk I know and in any city or town, here or elsewhere.

~Lee~

I've read what he's said but haven't watched it.

A lot of people on facebook are saying it's just typical banter.  MAYBE between a group of his Derry friends who know what way to take it, it might not seem so bad but I can see how people are really offended by it.  It was awful for him to say it and in (from what I've read) such an angry way so I agree he should be punished for it.

We do have a strange way of expressing our anger Shove it up your arse is  a well known phrase here

(That's not me excusing him.....just saying some of us do have an awful way with words which is why I can see why some here think it wasn't that bad)

I find it very hard to understand how anyone could say something like that , even if they meant it *humorously * .... What sort of mind must they have Plus, it might just have been easier to *excuse* if it wasn't for his obvious dislike and previous animosity towards Deanna. A joke ? Not in my book I'm afraid

Pengy all there is atm is his GF defending him.

The girlfriend of Derry’s Big Brother contestant Conor McIntyre says his outburst on the show has been “taken out of context.”

The Derry man has been lambasted for his outburst - in which he threatened to punch fellow contestant Deana Uppal - which followed a task in which contestants had to eat a range of foodstuffs to win a prize.

Deana, the current Miss India UK failed to eat a cake made of ham with chilli sauce.

Big Brother bosses gave the Derry man a warning in the diary room for his threatening behaviour.

Writing on her Facebook page, Conor’s girlfriend Kayleigh O’Reilly said: “Im not excusing what Conor has said at all but I think this is completely getting taken out of context, he didn’t mean it literally.

“We have all said and done things without thinking about them and regret them. He’s just angry and under pressure and that’s exactly what Big Brother wants the house to do to each housemate

I totally agree and if this passes for 'banter' in Connor's world well words fail me

I've edited this as I didn't want anyone thinking I was taking a shot at the people of Derry which I wasn't - I lubs ya Derry folk   but that doesn't extend to Conor and his GF or friends

he was showiong off to the crowd wasn't he?

i accept that what he was saying he ddin't mean  in that he wouldn't carry out the actions he was describing, he was just trying to show his mates what a big scary man he was.i bit like apes chest thumping and screaming..

he felt he was amongst friends and got as foul mouthed as he could to gain their approval, which he did.which says quite a lot about them too.

it doesn't make it any better or act as an excuse for him, i'm a bloke and know what blokes are like, but i  can hand on heart say, never in a million years would it  enter my head to use that kind of language to or about a woman, the same goes for my mates, we just wouldn't do it.

it's a bit worrying that it seemed to come so easily from conor, over  what he perceived as a crap prize...and the fact that he had felt angry about that  was reason enough for his outburt.

incredible.
