I still feel dreadful, if I lay down quiet and take it really easy it goes off a bit as soon as I stand or start something chore wise I get dizzy feek sick and such like. I've only eaten soup and Pot Noodles for a week. I trusted my doc when he said don't take Tamiflu, ride the storm and you may avoid it in the Autumn but at the mo, I regret not insisting on it. You have the symptoms of a really nasty flu Sunnie. I think the one I got a few years back was Hong Kong flu or summat. It is debilitating and it takes all your energy. I always think that if you have the flu it takes your legs away, whereas with a cold you can function normally apart from the sneezing and coughing. I know I have had a cold for nearly a month but I have been able to go shopping and do normal things, so I know I just have a cold albeit a nasty lingering one. Your symptoms are the symptoms of flu, whatever name they give it today. If you try to do anything strenuous, you feel awful with no energy levels. The only thing you can do love is to let it take its course. It will pass but it takes time.

Let me give you a laugh ... when me and my son had the flu some years ago, we were both lying in separate bedrooms next to each other. He had his portable tv on, trying to while away the hours until he got better. I was lying prone in the next room, feeling really shite. An advert came on his telly for puppy dog food, Minced Morsels or something. It went on to describe the ingredients .. chopped liver in an onion sauce mixed with crunchy biscuits or summat ... it was at this point that me and my son jumped out of bed simultaneously and ran to the bathroom to be sick. It turned both our stomachs listening to it. It was the first and only time we ever shared a toilet .. lol. Even the thought of food, not alone puppy dog food ingredients, can make you feel sick when you have the flu. We still laugh about the Minced Morsels incident, but it wasn't funny at the time. We were both really ill with the symptoms.

my messages are not working properly SR. They have been playing up all night. I think others are experiencing the same difficulty.

Yes, KB is brilliant and she has brilliant taste in men too.

I fear for her too... The hair looks good with curls but without the curls we can see the real sorry state of her hair....
