I doubt it barney, at a guess, money talks...MJ was taking a cocktail of allsorts and the Doctor was supplying them...and was getting paid alot of money for doing so.....he crossed the line and should be struck off from ever practicing again.

MJ was my Childhood hero, and I was stunned when he died as I was so excited about getting the tickets to see him, however, he was ALWAYS going to go out with a bang, as do most other Legends...RIP MJ

I went the following night Gyps, the 26th....they did a tribute to him as well...the Vid is on my FB....though my filming skills are poop! x

noo, thats the one i went to, but we went up today   i remember they said that there was another star in heaven before they did rule the world. I still have to watch that vid i will go trawl your facebook when i got time

i wasnt a HUGE fan but had a couple of CD's, he was one in a million, a unique talent, just sorry to see how sad it all turned out

Yup, the anniversary of my moms death on Sunday...... the year has flown by and yet it feels like i've been without her longer than that

Never been a fan and didn't like him that much, but too young to die and I can't deny he was so talented.  And I cannot believe that a whole year has gone past!

It's odd, but I wasn't all that surprised by MJ's death.

Neither was i tbh, he was always gonna die young imo, don't know why i always felt that way i just did.

Thanx for the hugs guys, it's not been as hard as the run up to her birthday and mothers day were so that can only be a good thing. really wanna get pissed with my dad and brother though (they are coming to stay at mine for the weekend) and cant cos of bump! Grr

A year has certainly gone fast I remember the forums last year when it all happened  Who was the one poster that went a bit too slightly very much OTT with it all? Cant remember her name but even you were posting about the ruddy weather she was in there telling everyone to respect Michael Jackson.

No it wasn't Pretty Cocoa Eyes, she was upset about it but wasn't throwing herself out of the internet and gubbins like that. The bird I'm talking about was seriously not very well

It was Choccy but in a different name, I've never laughed so much as I did that week "RESPECT MICHAEL JACKSON".  I think my favourite one was her thread telling us not to buy Hello or OK magazine because it had disrespected the MJ, but she put a link to their website in the thread and by clicking it we were all giving the article bigger respect 

I just remember those threads kept me entertained as I was whizzing the length of the country on the train following AC/DC from Wembley back to Newcastle, and then on to Glasgow a few days later.
