Another wonderful match yesterday. I've really loved these early summer encounters with the New Zealanders. The two test matches were great; the one-dayers have been terrific fun and all played with great spirit on both sides. We don't have Sky Sports and just listen to the commentary on the wireless and that's been jolly entertaining, too. Super stuff!

Well Australia will certainly be a different proposition from New Zealand that's for sure. I just don't think we have the talent do to do any damage to Aussies

There was talk after the first test of this new-look England team showing character â now we might find out a bit more, and if some of those plaudits were jumping the gun.
Johnson and Starc with their combined dander up is a daunting prospect.
Cook needs to bat through today,or at least until the end of the innings if they hope to save the follow on....and he is certainly capable of doing it
