I did notice that last night but i assumed it must be Luisa as it would be pretty stupid to have someone in there and him behind the mirrors (as Kaffs just said)

but she is seated at the table .

That's hilarious. I wonder if they'll attempt to explain it or just sweep it under the carpet.

This was my fear when they scrapped the live feed. It now means they can do what the fudge they want. They can script it, fix it, manipulate it as much as they want. Hell, they could even send them out for a slap up 6 course meal and us mugs would be none the wiser. After all, they only needed an hour of footage per day. They could be doing anything for the other 23 hours.

No live feed = not Big Brother.

I think we've known for a long time that it's scripted, Friday nights chat between Dappy and Linda on LF seemed very odd to me

They can also 'fudge' the vote and admit that in the rules.

Yes Aimee - I didn't want to mention that, as it was so sad Dappy recalling his father's death. However it seemed bang on cue for the 30 mins LF.

In that second photo, the crew member seems to be holding up a cue card/idiot board, like its actually being directed?  Wouldn't be surprised if the HMs had script meetings and rehearsals.

Exactly  Glad you spotted it [ I felt very cynical for thinking it ].

I found it very scripted when Lionel was sat with Jim and discussing every HM one by one..

The hms voted Ollie and Sam winners for the piece they apparently scripted and performed themselves. But you can see there's someone holding a card, feeding them their lines!

 

Was Jim too fed up to join the party after the talent show, because he saw it was all such a sham? 

 

Could that be why Liz and Jim nominated Sam? Disillusioned?

 

It so did ,they looked like they were getting their coats on to go out to the smoking area for a 'take'

Hmmmm... now you mention it... yeah!  

during the show, they showed Dappy holding up a board for Liz to refer to, so maybe they didn't necessarily have the lines given to them (i think if they had they might have given Ollie and Sam better ones.) but they could have written them themselves.   No doubt the production were 'helping' though.

 

I think they've admitted since they took over that it's 'scripted reality' though, so I guess they're given, at the very least, suggestions of what to talk about.

In retrospect , didn't they say that Ollie and Sam would be given props ....but wouldn't be told in advance ....maybe the crew person was holding up the name of the prop they had to incorporate into the conversation ???

It might have been Baz.. they did look a bit 'WTF??' when they saw the red stilettos....

I reckon there'll be crew waltzing in and out of that house all day long, giving them scripts, directing certain housemates to certain areas of the house for rehearsed scenes, delivering pizzas for them when they're all pissed off about their basic rations. Etc etc..

Or this might not be the case. The fact is, we don't know what's going on for 23 hours of a day in that house. This was proved last year when it emerged that Rylan had been leaving for hours everyday to go to X Factor tour rehearsals. Nothing of this was hinted at on the highlights shows. They tried to pull the wool over our eyes with that, so god knows what else they are doing.

It'll be interesting to see if they address it on BotS, they were forced to with the Rylan thing.

You're right.  Being naive I didn't think of the scripted thing but I did think it was odd that Linda was suddenly interested in someone else (when she normally seems to be totally self-obsessed), and particularly Dappy for whom she hadn't shown much empathy previously.

I've been busy, but I've been lurking for the last few days and made a few comments on the Remember CH4 BB forum thread.  No-one answered so I thought I thought I must have gone invisible or I'd been sent to Coventry for being absent

Yes, it was good.  I imagine I was at Bletchly when I'm doing Sudokos or Codeword puzzles - but I don't think I'd have made the grade in real life

 

To return to the subject of this thread, I wonder if anything will be said tonight on BBBOTS about the crew member.  It's a bummer that it's on so late.
