I find crackers create a crumbly mess, I try to avoid them, unless at other peoples houses....

Crackers with butter and pate.......stops crumbs...just makes for big drops, easily found, no need to faff about with the Ubank........

Tonight I've had beans on toast, and there's soup in the cupboard for tomorrow

It's an artform Syd ... you have to be able to take a bite whilst inhaling to stop the crumbs falling, but not choking

Cook it the Phil vickery way - mine was done in two and a half hours and moist and lovely! I cooked for ten ................was gonna be a traditional roast but we had lots of lovely fish left over from good Friday - weather was lovely so we barbecued some Sea bass, Monk and halibut and threw in a few sausages and burgers for good measure ..................a lovely afternoon/evening ............somehow we got the two grandsons staying over ............all good though!

I did that with my leg and then covered it in red wine
