The Chinese Ambassador to the UK has said people need to stop blaming China for the corona virus outbreak.
He stated the outbreak occurred in many regions.
Effectively washing their hands of all responsibility.
China has also refused any international investigation into how the virus outbreak occurred.
In the light of this - will you now stop purchasing items made in China?
Should we suspend trading with them?

No. It's nigh on impossible. Too many things I like in life are made in China like Apple products and Chinese food. Oh! and the P7 Xpeng electric car. 
The USA has been in a trade war with China for over two years now. The towering success of the tariffs and trade barriers established by Trump during that period gives a good indication as to how successful a further trade embargo would be...

Just bought 20 surgical masks - UK seller but stick on China. Masks might get enforced and the better ones are too dear. So bought on price although the best ones are made in China too. 3M are. PPE generally is/has been.
It's manufacturing componentry and the ROW might be stuck there I think. Plus business has a short memory and no morals when it'll come to cost/availabilty. Retooling alone would be massive. Cars, white goods, light bulbs the lot. The world has been caught out big time for a cheap labour profit.
So will you boycott Chinese goods?
I can't remember an investigation into swine flu that originated in Mexico, or calls for people to boycott Mexican holiday resorts.
I really am getting pissed off with the blame game. There are many variants of Corona and could be triggered anywhere, I think people should concentrate more on eradicating it than boycotting countries where it originated,
We all had plenty of warning it was coming as far back as 2014, in fact, our own government ignored the finding on The Cygnus report in 2016. Ignored all the warnings and buried it.
Now is not the time for a blame game. What it needs is government to get us though this (sadly I think they're failing on that) but I digress.......
With something as unprecedented as this virus there needs to be a responsible investigation to ensure we know what happened.
Doing nothing is irresponsible - so is blaming ... but if someone or a place has behaved in a way to endanger life, even causing thousands of deaths then they need to be accountable

Disturbing but hardly a surprise, as it's not a new tactic by any means. China's been using such strong-arm tactics for "soft-power" purposes for years.
Consider their targeting of companies dealing with Taiwan, or their recent dealings with Hollywood re the nine-dash line (cf. "Abominable")...
