Going away for a week's break on Sunday, how will i cope without BB or the internet.. feels the withdraw symptoms already.
Is the internet anyone's lifeline, or can you do without it if you had to right now.?

I've been away all weekend, and even though it was fab and we managed to do loads of stuff, I still missed BB, and my favourite forums. I have been catching up for the last couple of hours.

Just say you had the internet taken away for a full week , would you be able to turn off without a flicker, or would you get itchy feet to get back on ?

We're in Brittany for the last 2 weeks of August so I guess we'll miss the final of the last ever BB. **shrugs**
Daughter will probably insist on taking her lappy on the off chance there's free WiFi somewhere. Or I have a BT dongle - will that work abroad?
I don't miss t'internet tbh. On holiday I far better things to do. No offence.

Same here, DA I like it much better and haven't minded missing some of the HL shows. I'll be away for the final and the winners show and I'm not fussed at all. I'm not liking the way the show is going this past week, sick of the fake romance and don't like any of the new hm's at all.
of course I bloody can .... I'm off to Egypt a week on sunday for 2 weeks and I won't miss it at all ..... not one bit I can catch up when I get home

When is the final this year. I will be away for the first 2 weeks in September. I will be in the Cotswolds, so I am taking my lappy with me and hopefully will get wifi.
I'd miss it. But I've been away several times to non-wireless broadband climes in the last five years or so, without feeling the need to broadcast it. Have a lovely break
when I went to Leeds a few weeks ago, having free wifi in the room was a must when booking the hotel... & I was on here pretty much as normal.
When I went to milton keynes this weekend, I took the laptop as I knew there was wifi availability in the hotel... but they wanted money for it so I didn't bother.
I missed it for 5 seconds...
its taken me two days to get back into it tbh...

the only time it made an impression on my holiday was when paul and helen were getting it on and i had to go to greece (see how i say had to go lol ) anyway i bought english papers every day ...how sad
