If she had unprotected sex then pregnancy is always a possibility. She can't be on the pill, or she would have taken it straight through to avoid having periods in the house.
On the other hand, inactivity in there often leads HMs to put on weight and women's cycles tend to synchronise when they live in close proximity with each other.

It would be very unlucky if Sophie is pregnant and I'd feel very sorry for her.

This is really weird, I had a dream last night or maybe it was a thought about someone being pregnant in the BB house and how would they cope.

i did too, before the series began. mind you in my dream they were already pregnant when they went in lol
