agree with all of that ^^   Stella's really getting on my thrupennies now - and it's only going to get worse.    It'll be interesting to see how the Gary and Tina thing pans out,  nice wee relationship with the father of 'her' baby that's she's obviously having to try hard not to not feel maternal about.   Oh and yeah Cinds - loved the 'Sylvia Escoban'  comment    More of that please and less of Karl's angst and Dev's bad acting.

Exactly, I actually LOLed at Eastenders plots and actors being superior to Corrie. Easties is Just a sea of (very far fetched) doom and gloom all the times, they couldn't do light relief if their lives depended on it

That's what I like about Corrie and Emmerdale, the humour injected along side serious story lines.

Corrie has had 2 fabulous lines lately. "Sylvia Escoban" & Norris "it's the music of the menopause"

She may be one of the most famous faces in  Manchester, but actress Helen Worth tied the knot in London on  Saturday.

The Coronation Street actress was seen  arriving at St. James' Church, in Piccadilly, wearing a rather unique wedding  dress.

Helen, 62, wore an elegant silver dress as  she prepared to wed London music teacher Trevor Dawson.

The soap star was warmly greeted by a large  crowd of Corrie fans who had waited patiently outside the church to wish her  well.

As she stepped out of her chauffeur driven  car carrying a small bouquet of flowers Helen was beaming as the crowd cheered  at her.

Carrying her own train the award winning  actress looked lovely in the satin gown which featured lace arms and  neck.

The slim star gave one final wave to all of  the well wishers before carefully walking into the church in her ivory white  high heels.

Trevor, 55, arrived earlier in the afternoon  and took time to have his photograph taken before going inside the  church.

The couple are expected to have their  reception round the corner at the glamorous Ritz hotel.

Helen and Trevor had been dating for over a  year before their engagement was revealed in April 2012 after they went public  when Helen opened a fair at the Surrey primary school where former church  organist Trevor works.

A friend told The People at the time: 'She  wants every detail to be perfect for her big day'.

Along with having been married once before in  real life, Helen has also been wed five times onscreen so she must be somewhat  of an expert on wedding ceremonies by now.

Great support: Michelle Collins and Jane Danson were just two of Helen's co-stars to turn up

Gail first wed in the soap in 1978 when she  married car mechanic Brian Tilsley.

She then re-married him after divorcing over  an affair, before going on to tie the knot with Martin Platt and evil murderer  Richard Hillman.

Her last marriage was to Joe McIntyre in 2010  but after he made her a widow for the third time she appears to have given up on  marriage for now.

Guests on the big day included friends and  family as well as a number of Corrie stars such as Jane Danson, who plays Leanne  Tilsley, and Michelle Collins, who plays Stella Price.

I think he's meant to have moved in with Sally to give them a place to stay.  As YR says though , they're going to say he's had to go off to look after his Dad or something

While Keven has been written out for now the storyline is that he's visiting a relative...I think that's what I read week or so ago lol.

Thanks
