Izzy, Dev, or the fire bobby?

Kaffy I agree about izzy crying!! She's terrible. I've hated this story line a bit as all along I was praying that the baby didn't end up really ill or worse dead.... Yet I've been compelled to watch it.... It's weird

I don't mind Izzy Dev or the fireman, they all have their own style of acting, Dev's is unique but I find it funny more than annoying

I assume the eyebrows are in a bold salute to the Welsh Apprentice Gadje.

There's probably people that because of having problems in having a child naturally have watched with interest to see the outcome, and to think what it would be like for them if they were in the same situation, on both sides.

Izzy goes from bad to worse .....is it me or has her accent dramaticaly changed too. I'm sure she didn't used to speak like that.

 

Her acting makes Fiz look like Oscar material

 

I don't think there's been a more irritating character in soaps for a long time.

She's very irritating  I keep looking at Sylvias mouth, it looks like she is trying to talk without moving her lips 

Who's getting your sympathy in this storyline? Tina or Izzy?

Izzy and Gary for me Saz, Tina can have her own baby with Tommy, Izzy and Gary would have great difficulty AND he's not Tina's baby They used Izzy and Gary's 'products' didn't they? TBH i think Tina will come to her senses but i dont think them throwing her out of the flat helped at all

I don't have any sympathy. Even though it's drama, these lose agreements are fraught with danger and it was obvious it would end in tears. I'm not a big fan of that family and am much more interested in the Dev/Karl/Sunita plot.

I'm not keen on them either Joe, although i have always liked Tina as character.

 

I am waiting for Beth's lad to spill whatever it is he knows... they keep dropping it in ever so slightly that he's not been himself/worried about something.

Same here, I really don't have too much sympathy for Tina - but I wasn't sure if it was just me! yes, he is biologically Gary and Izzy's son, so I'm not sure how Tina has custody rights really

That's driving me up the wall, I'm sick of Carl and his skulking and his stupid face and I want him gone!

I'm sure I read somewhere that legally the surrogate has six weeks or so when she's the legal mother and makes all the decisions about the baby so presumably there's a cooling off period.    I don't get  how she can do it either, but I've never been pregnant so I don't know - them hormones are funny old things....   I'd always be thinking 'but he's not MINE'   Maybe if the character had been in a relationship with someone that wasn't able to have children I might have 'got' it more easily. I keep thinking she'll change her mind, but then I wonder if they'll use this storyline to work her exit plot in.

Apparently she's the birth mother so she has all the rights even though biological it's Gary and Izzys, doesn't seem right though 

Rita was saying to her last night that living so close would be torturing Gary and Izzy every time they saw Jake so you're probably right there

or she'll get fed up with everyone hating her..  thing is she's not due to go till next year, so they can spin this out even longer than the Karl saga if they do use it.

What could he have seen though that would have him worried  if he saw Karl surely he would just say
