If he really loved his son, he would tell Leanne that he knows and either finish with her or forgive her, God knows, she's put up with enough from him.

Peter was great as usual tonight.....has he ever won an award cos he really deserves one. Even other actors on Corrie have said how good he is and they like working opposite him. Hard to tell whether the blessing will go ahead, I'd like it to but the scriptwriters may have other ideas lol

Coronation Street star Kate Ford has reportedly signed a new contract to stay with the soap.

The actress, who plays Tracy Barlow, has agreed a six-month deal worth £80,000, committing her to the show until at least 2012, The People reports.


Ford had previously decided to leave at the end of her current contract in May because commuting to Manchester from her London home meant she missed her son, Otis. However, show bosses have now persuaded her to change her mind.


A source said: "Viewers have loved having Tracy back. We're delighted she's signed a new contract. She's here for the foreseeable future."


Another added: "She's going to be causing huge trouble for Steve and Becky and there will be run-ins with Liz. Viewers will be screaming at their TVs when they see what she does next. The bitch is well and truly back."

I detest everything about Tracy barlow.    It wouldn't bother me if they killed the character off.  She has a stupid annoyinng face that looks like a frog and she is just plain pointless and annoying!  The likeness is uncanny.

Kate Ford got on a train I was on a a few years ago and sat opposite me.... she was actually really pretty in RL and had a lovely smile.     Nobody dared make eye contact though for some reason...

I also do not like the Tracy Barlow character but think Nick Tilsley is worse.    LOVE the little lad ; Simon.   and I really like Peter and Leanne.  I really want them to get through this.  Let's face it, Peter has been a cad in the past hasn't he? 

Yes, starbug... maybe Peter thinks it's ok cos he didn't have an affair  - he just married them both!        I like Peter and Leanne and I think they're both good actors.       I hate Tracey's character with a passion - so I reckon she must be a good actress too.

I do like our Garrrehhh and Anna though - and I think Fay could be quite good.    I read somewhere that she's a little sister of someone... can't remember who now.  Wouldn't be Surfeeh would it?

There's been a couple of episodes with Faye in when the Windasses visited her at her foster home.    She was a bit spikey, but you could see Eddie drawing her out and she warmed to him.   He was quite good in those scenes - I'm in two minds about him.

I'm hoping Leanne and Peter will be reunited, they make a good Corrie couple - and I love wee Simon.
Initially, I couldn't stand the Windass family, but I must admit Anna and Gary have grown on me. I won't miss Eddie when he leaves though.
