In fact, having written that, I've decided it's not Carla that I don't like, it's the storyline

I think you're right - it's the inconsistency that is Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

TBF.. he wasn't UNhappy with Leanne, but he was only papering over the cracks... and Carla DID send him away to start with.     I think it's pretty realistic myself.

That's all i kept looking at as well *the height difference*

Carla and Peter are drawn together through their addictions and sexual attraction to one another, he obviously finds her attractive and with Leanne he has security but she has her own issues, well in fact all 3 people involved do which is why this storyline is so interesting because Peter is torn and knows he can have best of both worlds...

Personally I prefer Carla and Peter together as the chemistry is dynamic and Leanne quite frankly irritates me.

What makes resisting temptation difficult for many people is they don't want to discourage it completely.  ~Franklin P. Jones

You have to decide what your highest priorities are and have the courage - pleasantly, smilingly, nonapologetically - to say 'no' to other things.  And the way to do that is by having a bigger 'yes' burning inside.  The enemy of the 'best' is often the 'good.'  ~Stephen Covey
