It's not worth starting to watch EE I thought the acceptance speeches by Corrie actors were good, and funny when they told some personal stories 

It was strange to see Roy cracking jokes eh? 

It was lol, we're so used to seeing him being serious it was good to see he's funny and lighthearted in rl  ...oh and I'm glad Steve won the comedy award, I love the way he portrays his character

Apparently Roy and David Platt are really good friends in real life

Some of them have been there so long there's probably a lot of real friendships, hope so

Did anyone notice that Ken Barlow was given pride of place up front with Directors/Producers?

I didn't notice where he was sitting, but I did think he looked a bit older  (he's still wearing incredibly well mind)

i can't stand Tina now - how demanding she is of Peter when she said she wouldn't be, Glad she found out Carla was pregnant before her demise!

I, too, cheered Rita when she slapped Tina - I LOVE Rita, Like Soozy says i've watched it nearly all my life and she is one of my favourites. I'm going on the Corrie tour in July and can't wait

 

As for EE I gave up about 3 years ago but I did catch an episode recently and I thought Adam Woodyatt was brilliant - he's put on a bit of timber though!!

I'm doing the Corrie tour too LB - haven't booked my tickets yet but you've just reminded me. I went once years ago - it was a lot of fun.

I think they are promoting those 4 suspects to keep us of the trail of the real killer I'm telling you it's Jasons dad

The soap woman on This Morning has just said it's definitely not Tracey and we will see the killer tonight but there is a twist on Wednesday, I now think Tina argues with Rob and he causes her to fall but jasons dad thinks shes been snooping on his stash of stolen goods and finishes her off

Right ....................I think it's Carla but ............Peter (or Rob) feels gulity and takes the blame. All done with the lead piping on the rooftop. 

oooh I've booked it for my Mam & Dad.

I've seen a trailer where her and Rob are arguing at the top of the scaffolding.  Because, lets face it whenever I'm mid argument I always look for a high and dangerous place to finish off the row. 

Me too! In the absence of a cliff top, a scaffolding construction is ideal.

Gutted she's going. The best bit of eyecandy on any of the soaps is offskis

he crashed his car didn't he ?

Whoever kills Tina will have to leave the show, not only do I think it's Tony but I'm hoping it is as I don't want the other suspects to leave.

Oh not another one that imo is one of the few good actors in EE

I booked in April I think and couldn't get the 11am slot and that is midweek! So - you'd better book soon! It's only on for 6 months before they pull the old set down

 

I think Peter or Rob are the most likely although I like the idea of Tony as I don't like him

Not necessarily though... Tracey clubbed her bloke to death and she's still there.  Oh, wait, I've just had a thought... I'm sure I read an interview with Alison King somewhere where she said she would really miss Tina and Peter and she hoped he'd be back.   I thought it was when he was going to rehab, but maybe he'll be done for killing Tina (I still don't think he did it though)

Perhaps he takes the rap for Carla.

Hmmm, I didn't know that. Maybe he's accused and imprisoned and later they find out Tony did it. I hope Peter isn't leaving, I like him being with Carla

Talking about Slaughter on the Street, I still mourn the loss of Tony Gordon.  He was killed off too soon, in my opinion.  There was so much more work for him to do.

He had to be written out though - his day job as Chancellor of the Exchequer and later on PM interfered with the filming schedules especially after they started doing a Friday slot. 

  

I'm a bit slow off the mark this evening.  I had to think about it a bit before the penny dropped!

I was the same, thinking what's Tony Gordon got to do with Gordon Brown.
