They just advise you to carry on as normal if you're well enough, although when I had it... it was like a heavy cold, the cough lasted a few wees though. I only felt unwell on the first day and put that down to a bug

my last one was like that in June last year but luckily had an old testing kit - would have to buy one now - been no guidance for yonks now

I tested myself after a few days because I was going to Diana Ross with the girls, Hoochie and hubby and tested positive I tested myself the day before we were going and thank goodness tested negative...I must have gone to work with it because I didn't know I had it.
