I get palpitations sometimes ā¦.but have been having them since I was at school soā¦..Seriously , my watch monitors my heart rate , and I walk at least a mile outdoor at pace every day ā¦.my resting heart rate , and walking rate is quite good for my age , my weight has been steady for the last 4 years ā¦..and like I say ,at nearly 80 , something is going to get me sooner rather than later , so Iād rather not see it coming .š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£
