someone created a direct debit in Peter's name, she only noticed when she went to cancel the boy's gym subscriptions, because they use the school gym now for free. BT said the direct debit was in their name, the address was totally different and down to a Mr Meridian. They now owe her 1800 quid and admitted it was a fraud.

I would have noticed Ros, I know how much my direct debits are. I check my account every 2/3 days and always check my statement
